Virtual Proteins LabroScope

The Labroscope© is being developed to create a new hardware based tool to immerse the user into a stereo 3D augmented reality, with the highest ergonomic standards. It combines the best qualities of Head Mounted Displays, Webcam’s, Microscopes and the newest display techniques which cause minimum eye fatigue. It enables the user to work at his own desktop without having to be immersed into 3D, for the full time he wants to look at something in 3D or 4D. You can drink your cup of coffee during your research, or talk directly to your colleague while freezing the images you were working on. Development is ongoing and several components are being tested to ensure the highest quality and ergonomics for the user. The prototype is currently in his third version.
